1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of r1ck.click (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service — including starting the bot, registering, paying for services, or accessing materials — the User confirms that they have fully read and accept these Terms in full.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides a technical data-transmission service (VPN): automated routing and encryption of the User's network traffic between their device and a chosen server.
2.2. The Service acts solely as a neutral conduit for the transmission of data. The Administration does not initiate transmissions, does not select recipients, and does not monitor, inspect, or modify the content of the User's traffic. The Administration is not a party to the User's communications and has no knowledge of their content.
2.3. The value of the service lies in connection stability, speed, the set of locations, maintenance, and support — not in providing access to any particular resource.
3.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
3.2. The Administration does not warrant that the Service will meet the User's expectations; that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free; or that it will work on the networks of specific mobile carriers or internet providers, which may restrict, throttle, or block VPN traffic.
3.3. The Administration is not liable for: any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits; the User's actions and the content of the traffic they transmit; the consequences of the User's use of the Service; the acts or omissions of third parties (including carriers and providers); or temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. The User makes all decisions about using the Service independently and at their own risk.
4.1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the , which forms an integral part of these Terms.
4.2. The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of their actions when using the Service and for the content of the traffic they transmit.
4.3. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or facilitate any unlawful activity.
4.4. The Administration does not pre-screen User traffic and is under no obligation to do so, but may act upon a credible report of a violation or a valid legal request.
5.1. The Service's website materials (text, design, logos) are protected by intellectual-property law; copying and resale without the rights holder's permission are prohibited.
6.1. The Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in the event of: a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; a credible report of abuse; requirements of law or of payment providers; or actions that create elevated risk for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
6.2. Suspension of access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
7.1. Payment is made on the terms stated in the Service prior to payment.
7.2. The User may request a refund only if the service is faulty through the Service's fault, or if access is not delivered within 48 hours of payment.
7.3. Refunds are made to the payment details from which payment was made.
7.4. If access has been delivered and works but the User changed their mind, it “didn't suit them”, etc. — refunds and replacements are not provided. In particular, the following are not grounds for a refund: restriction, throttling, or blocking of VPN traffic by a carrier or provider; incompatibility with a specific carrier's network or a device; subjective dissatisfaction with speed while access works; a change of mind after activation.
7.5. A request is reviewed within 24 hours; if approved, the refund is made within 72 hours.
7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.
8.1. Data processing is described in the .
9.1. The Administration may amend these Terms; the current version is published in the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.1. For all questions — via the support form on the website. Abuse reports and rights-holder requests — at abuse@r1ck.click.
